Office & Customer Support Executive

About the role

Himalayan Innate Pvt Ltd, an e‑commerce company based in Abbottabad, is looking for an Office & Customer Support Executive to ensure professional service and smooth day‑to‑day coordination. The role involves handling customer communications in English and Urdu while keeping office and online operations organized.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via online channels promptly and professionally.
• Process, update, and follow up on orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, conversations, office tasks, and operational updates.
• Support digital sales channels, update product information, and perform routine e‑commerce administration.
• Prepare basic reports and assist with general office coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate with local customers in Urdu.
• Hands‑on experience in online customer support (chat, email, social platforms).
• Understanding of order processing, delivery follow‑up, returns, refunds, and complaint resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online systems.
• Accurate data entry, record‑keeping, and document organization.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and see tasks through to completion.
• Professional tone, patience, active listening, and practical problem‑solving.
• Basic familiarity with e‑commerce marketplaces and digital operations.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to support general office activities.
