About the role
The Officer Joint Shop is responsible for ensuring service quality, compliance with standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction across PTCL retail locations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain service quality compliance with SOPs and customer‑handling guidelines.
- Improve CSAT scores, achieve positive mystery‑shopping results, and meet commercial targets.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and service delivery.
- Develop team performance, ensure capability building and corrective actions when needed.
- Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of PTCL products, services and processes.
Required profile
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid model.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems.
