Online Sales Executive

About the role

ZERO Beyond Purity is seeking motivated, customer‑focused Online Sales Executives to turn digital inquiries into sales and support the company’s mission of healthier hydration.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and manage sales leads received via WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries and other digital platforms.
• Engage potential customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate water purification solutions.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and pricing to aid informed purchasing decisions.
• Follow up with prospects, address queries, handle objections and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely follow‑ups for every inquiry.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that builds trust and long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion and customer‑handling skills.
• Proactive, target‑driven mindset with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and other digital communication channels.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
