Onsite Night Shift Sales Representative – Packaging Industry (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to handle inbound calls from US‑based customers for a packaging industry client in Lahore. The position is onsite, night‑shift, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective US‑based customers.
• Communicate product and service features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations and solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication with a neutral or US accent preferred.
• Strong understanding of US business culture and customer service expectations.
• Ability to actively listen, understand needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Previous sales experience or proven track record is a plus.

Required skills
