Operations Assistant

About the role

Troxis, a Lahore‑based software company supporting a U.S. technology firm, is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Assistant to work the night shift and support daily operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operational activities and coordination across internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, trackers and monitor KPIs.
• Assist management with data‑driven insights and documentation such as SOPs, meeting notes and professional reports.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
• Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot) for research, documentation and productivity.

Required profile

• MBA in Operations, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, coordination or administration.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, confident when interacting with managers.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, basic reporting).
• Microsoft Word.
• PowerPoint (optional).
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot.
