Operations & Creative Team Lead

About the role

NSOL BPO is seeking an experienced Operations & Creative Team Lead to oversee its creative, technical, and business development teams. The role focuses on managing daily operations, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Video Editing, GoHighLevel, and Business Development.
• Assign daily tasks, set priorities, and ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and productivity targets.
• Manage workflows using ClickUp and other approved systems.
• Review creative deliverables for quality, consistency, and client compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve operational issues, and improve efficiency.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary creative, marketing, or operational teams.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, UI/UX, video production, and digital marketing workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
