Operations & Delivery Manager – Solar Roof Data

About the role

YourPower Labs is expanding its solar roof‑analysis operations and seeks an Operations & Delivery Manager to own the end‑to‑end flow from client communication through to final artwork delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client relationship, run calls and written updates, clarify scope and act as the single point of contact from kickoff to delivery.
• Plan and track delivery by breaking client batches into work, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and flagging risks early.
• Lead the annotation team: onboard, align and support annotators who validate roof segments and run jobs.
• Quality‑check validated roofs and rendered output for accuracy and consistency before delivery.
• Manage the delivery pipeline to ensure completed jobs are rendered, delivered correctly and receipt is confirmed.
• Coordinate with sales and leadership on operational capacity, workload and delivery deadlines.
• Engage designers on behalf of clients to ensure mail artwork is produced accurately and on time.
• Plan team capacity, communicate hiring needs and participate in recruitment.
• Report status to clients and leadership and continuously improve the workflow.

Required profile

• Outstanding English communication – clear, confident and professional in meetings and writing.
• Experience working with English‑speaking clients or in a UK business environment.
• Proven project‑management or operations experience with recurring client deadlines.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• People‑leadership skills – align, motivate and hold a team accountable without micromanaging.
• Comfort with web‑based platforms, spreadsheets and Google Drive; quick learner of custom tools.
• Ownership mindset – treat client commitments and deadlines as your own.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore with some overlap with UK working hours.
