Operations Executive – Onsite in Lahore

About the role

The Operations Executive will support the procurement and supply chain functions for a bicycle repair and operations business in Lahore. You will be responsible for sourcing parts, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Source bicycle spare parts, components, accessories, tools and other materials required for repair and operational activities.
• Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality and timely delivery.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and manage purchase orders and deliveries.
• Maintain vendor records, procurement details, purchase history and pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with repair and operations teams to understand parts requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor inventory of frequently required parts and support replenishment to minimise operational delays.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support, including documentation, record keeping, scheduling and coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in operations, procurement, administration, supply chain or a similar role.
• Ability to identify and source required spare parts, tools and operational supplies from suitable vendors.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional vendor relationships.
