Operations Manager – Guest Services (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager for Guest Services to lead daily operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering a seamless guest experience from booking to checkout while managing a distributed support team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Guest Services operations, ensuring smooth guest journeys from reservation through checkout.
• Allocate workload, monitor performance, and train the Guest Services team.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and escalations, guaranteeing timely resolution.
• Coordinate with property managers, housekeeping, maintenance and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows and service standards, tracking key metrics such as response times and guest feedback.
• Identify recurring problems and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in operations, guest services, hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a team or an operational function.
• Background in short‑term or vacation rental hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and align with CST working hours.
