Operations Manager

About the role

Malek Foam Industries is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing activities at its Lahore facility. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure efficient production, high product quality, and strict safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and monitor performance against targets.
• Develop, manage, and adjust production schedules to meet demand.
• Assess and optimise workflow processes for maximum efficiency.
• Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.
• Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven expertise in production planning, workflow optimisation, and safety/quality compliance.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in inventory management and supply‑chain coordination.
• Excellent communication and organisational capabilities.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably foam or furniture industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kala Shah Kaku, Lahore.
