Operations & Marketing Associate

About the role

Empower Healthcare (SMC-Private) Limited, a medical device importer and distributor serving hospitals, healthcare institutions and distribution partners across Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Operations & Marketing Associate in Karachi (Pechs Block 2). The role covers order management, stock coordination and client support, working closely with marketing, sales and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee orders, coordinate inventory and stock, and resolve client-related issues efficiently
• Coordinate with marketing, sales and technical teams
• Support divisional performance, respond to product demand changes and assist in expansion initiatives
• Support sales using marketing capabilities and manage operations through Word, Excel and ERP systems (ERP knowledge preferred but not mandatory)

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering or a related field preferred but not mandatory
• 1-5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare or client operations, with exposure to marketing and digital tools (Excel/ERP)
• Adaptable candidate with strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new systems

• ERP systems (familiarity is an advantage but not required)
