Operations Specialist – FinDox

About the role

The Operations Specialist at FinDox supports the day‑to‑day operations of Octus’s loan document aggregation and compliance service. You will manage the email notification system, maintain documentation processes, organise virtual files, and respond to support inquiries. The role also ensures continuous service coverage, including weekend operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update data on FinDox, the loan document aggregation platform.
• Process a high volume of time‑sensitive emails to keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure data quality and consistent workflow across all operational tasks.
• Organise virtual files and folders for easy access and retrieval.
• Cover weekend operations to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail in all operational activities.
• Web‑savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and technology.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment or handling time‑sensitive activities (a plus).
