Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead end‑to‑end HCM implementations, configure core HR, talent, payroll and benefits modules, and collaborate with business and technical teams on data migration and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in full‑cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to go‑live.
• Configure and support Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate HR requirements into Fusion solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on HDL, FBDI, data migration and Oracle Integration Cloud integrations.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution and post‑go‑live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• MBA (HRMS), MPA or CS graduate.
• Minimum two end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits).
• HCM Data Loader (HDL) and File Based Data Import (FBDI).
• Data migration and third‑party integrations.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
