Order Booker – Sales & Order Management

About the role

Arham Rice Mills is looking for an Order Booker to support sales growth and ensure accurate order handling in Islamabad. The role involves building relationships with retailers, distributors and wholesalers while managing the order process from collection to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business customers, presenting rice products professionally.
• Collect orders, record product type, quantity, pricing and delivery requirements accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, stock availability and customer feedback.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, complaints and service issues.
• Prepare regular market visit and order activity reports for management.
• Represent the company courteously and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong order‑booking and field‑sales experience.
• Good knowledge of Islamabad’s retail, wholesale and distribution markets.
• Clear verbal communication, active listening and professional negotiation abilities.
• Accurate handling of order records, pricing details, invoices and customer information.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics and sales teams.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, organized and dependable in field work.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned market areas.
