Order Entry Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Order Entry Analyst to join our growing finance team. Working remotely, you will be the primary point of contact for invoiced customers, handling order entry, billing, refunds and chargebacks.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process and approve orders for invoiced accounts in Salesforce.
• Generate daily, weekly and month‑end invoices and perform billing reconciliations.
• Apply cash receipts, coordinate invoicing expectations with customers and support billing inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce, NetSuite and Intacct reports; prepare data using Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP).
• Lead process‑improvement projects and maintain accurate process documentation.
• Handle customer refund requests, evaluate compliance, process refunds across e‑commerce payment processors and resolve merchant disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
