Order Management Specialist – Audit

About the role

As an Order Management Specialist – Audit you will support the quote‑to‑cash process, ensuring orders, accounts and audit activities are accurate and timely. You will work with Sales and Fulfillment teams, using systems such as Salesforce and Zuora to investigate billing and payment issues and help maintain compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate billing accounts and audit records to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing, payment and account‑related issues in Salesforce and Zuora.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve operational workflows and support scalable process enhancements.
• Communicate status, findings and escalations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support efficient order and account handling throughout the quote‑to‑cash cycle.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 6 months‑1 year experience in order management, audit, finance or billing operations.
• Background in finance or accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues.
