Organizational Development Executive

About the role

The Organizational Development (OD) Executive will support initiatives that enhance processes, performance, and employee engagement across the back‑office supporting U.S. operations. Working on‑site in Karachi, the role collaborates closely with management to analyse workflows, identify skill gaps, and design development programs aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend development programs.
• Collect, interpret and report operational data; create process maps and summaries.
• Document process improvements and assist in designing training and performance frameworks.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, support change‑management activities, and standardise best practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and organizational development skills with the ability to assess processes and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation, including structured presentations, process maps, and operational summaries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work on‑site in Karachi full‑time, manage multiple tasks accurately, and adapt to a fast‑paced telecom/back‑office environment.
