Orphanage Director and Operations Manager

About the role

The Orphanage Director and Operations Manager will lead all operational, administrative and child‑welfare functions of a residential orphanage in Sialkot, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for resident children.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus operations including security, logistics, procurement, vendor relations and facility maintenance.
• Supervise child‑care activities, housing, nutrition and hygiene to meet welfare standards.
• Monitor and support educational progress of residents, coordinating with schools and implementing interventions.
• Develop and manage the orphanage budget, maintain financial records and produce transparent reports for donors.
• Lead fundraising campaigns, manage donor relationships and liaise with welfare boards and external partners.
• Direct a team of administrative assistants, kitchen staff, caregivers and security personnel, assigning tasks and ensuring performance.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing residential care or welfare organisations.
• Strong leadership, empathy and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Proven financial discipline with budgeting and donor‑relation experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with procurement, logistics and facility management processes.
