OTR Load Coordinator

About the role

Flink Freight Logistics is seeking an OTR Load Coordinator to manage over‑the‑road loads, coordinate shipments and maintain strong carrier relationships. The role works night shifts on‑site in Rawalpindi.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers.
• Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to ensure timely execution.
• Negotiate freight rates to maintain and improve profit margins.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate load documentation and update systems promptly.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Supply Chain or Logistics is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; call‑center or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and perform effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with OTR freight operations is an advantage.
