Outbound Appointment Setter – Remote (AU FinTech/Tech)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic outbound appointment setter to join our remote sales team. You will focus on high‑volume cold calling for an elite Australian FinTech and technology campaign, engaging business owners, decision‑makers and executives to secure qualified meetings for senior sales consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily using our automated dialer system.
• Engage Principal Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Directors and other key decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects with our proven sales framework and handle objections professionally.
• Book qualified appointments into senior closer calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of outbound cold‑calling experience on international campaigns (AU, US or UK).
• Experience in B2B sales, telecom, insurance, merchant cash advance, lead generation or high‑ticket appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English, confident and professional communication style.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and navigate objections.
• Reliable home office with high‑speed internet, noise‑free workspace and power backup.
