Outbound Call Agent – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking energetic outbound call agents to join our night‑shift team. The role involves contacting potential customers, handling inbound queries, and promoting our services for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads and clients.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to customer queries.
• Introduce company services and explain relevant offers clearly.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments and maintain proper call records.
• Follow approved calling scripts while keeping conversations natural and professional.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM or assigned system.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups with interested prospects.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain a professional tone and protect client and company information.
• Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams regarding qualified leads and customer concerns.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confident, persuasive and professional communication style.
• Good listening, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer support or BPO is preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM or calling software.

What we offer

• Full‑time night‑shift position.
• Salary up to PKR 80,000 per month.
