Outbound Call Center Agent – English Based

About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our English‑based outbound call centre in Gulberg 3, Lahore. The role focuses on generating sales leads and promoting our services through proactive telephone outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers during scheduled hours (10 AM‑7 PM, Monday‑Friday).
- Present products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest and qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records after each interaction.
- Achieve daily and weekly call‑volume and conversion targets.
- Handle objections professionally and follow up as required.
Required profile
- Strong command of spoken English with clear articulation.
- Confident and courteous telephone demeanor.
- Target‑oriented mindset and willingness to meet performance goals.
- Serious, reliable, and genuinely interested in a sales‑focused role.
