Outbound Call Centre Agent

About the role

The Outbound Call Centre Agent will join Upskill Training Services in Islamabad to contact prospective and existing learners, informing them about a range of training programmes and encouraging enrolment. Working full‑time on‑site, you will represent the company’s commitment to clear communication and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Dial outbound calls following provided scripts to promote training courses and answer enquiries.
• Capture accurate information in the CRM system after each interaction and keep records up‑to‑date.
• Handle objections, provide courteous explanations of services, and escalate complex issues when required.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to team briefings.
• Provide feedback on common customer concerns to support continuous improvement of the programme catalogue.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with patience and professionalism.
• Ability to manage time, follow schedules and meet performance targets.
• Team‑oriented attitude, openness to feedback and willingness to undergo ongoing training.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in business or communications is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools to record and retrieve client information.
