Outbound Calling Agent – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for energetic outbound calling agents to join our night‑shift team in Rawalpindi. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls for international clients, promoting services, and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads and clients.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and address customer queries.
• Introduce company services and explain offers clearly.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments and keep accurate call records.
• Follow approved scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups with interested prospects.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain a professional tone and protect client and company information.
• Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams regarding qualified leads and concerns.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confident, persuasive and professional communication style.
• Good listening, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer support or BPO is preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM or calling software.
