Outbound Calling Representative – Night Shift US Campaign

About the role

ABS International is seeking an Outbound Calling Representative for its US‑facing night‑shift team. You will contact US customers who already have a connection to the brand, build relationships, manage follow‑ups and close sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make structured outbound calls to US‑based customers during the 10 PM – 6 AM shift.
• Develop and maintain a personal sales pipeline without supervision.
• Use live US CRM and dialer tools to record interactions and track performance.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English – essential for daily communication with US customers.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO or call‑center operations is strongly preferred, though fresh candidates with strong aptitude are also considered.
• Self‑directed, commercially driven and comfortable owning a sales pipeline.
• Full availability for the night‑shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 10 PM – 6 AM).
