Outbound Dialer for SEO USA Campaign (2+ yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic outbound dialer to support our SEO USA campaign. Based on‑site in Lahore, you will contact prospective and existing clients in the United States, gather data for SEO initiatives and qualify leads according to campaign criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls following scripted and unscripted communication flows.
• Collect accurate information to aid keyword research, SEO audits and link‑building outreach.
• Maintain detailed call logs, update CRM records and share insights with the SEO and marketing teams.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets while adhering to data‑privacy and compliance guidelines.
• Provide feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in dialing, call‑center or customer‑support roles, preferably for international (USA) campaigns.
• Strong spoken and written English with the ability to handle high‑volume outbound calls professionally.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and follow shift schedules aligned with US time zones.
• Resilient, detail‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, SEO audits, link‑building and on‑page SEO concepts.
• Familiarity with web‑analytics basics and how call outcomes influence SEO performance.
• Proficiency with CRM or call‑management tools, MS Office and online collaboration platforms.
