Outbound & Inbound Calling Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking energetic Calling Agents to join our night‑shift team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls for international clients, promoting services, and generating leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads and clients following approved scripts.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries.
• Introduce company services, explain offers and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups with interested prospects and achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other teams regarding qualified leads and customer concerns.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confident, persuasive communication style and ability to handle objections.
• Good listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer support or BPO is preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM or calling software.
