Outbound Sales Agent – Evening/Night Shift

About the role
MB Enterprises is looking for energetic Sales Agents to join its outbound call centre in Karachi. The role involves contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales during evening or night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and present offers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet daily/weekly targets.
- Record interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure high call quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in customer support, sales or BPO environments.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or A‑Levels.
- Availability to work evening or night shifts.
