Outbound Sales & Customer Support Executive (US Campaign)

About the role

Join ABS International as an Outbound Calling Representative supporting a US campaign. You will work with warm leads and existing customers, deepening relationships, handling follow‑ups, and converting opportunities that are already in motion.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US customers via phone and email using a live CRM and logistics tracking system.
• Manage follow‑ups, nurture relationships, and move leads through the sales funnel.
• Achieve sales targets through uncapped commission while maintaining high service standards.
• Track personal performance metrics and report results to management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English suitable for US customers.
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer support or BPO (freshers with excellent English are also welcome).
• Self‑driven, accountable and able to manage own numbers.
• Available to work Monday‑Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
• Able to commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14, Karachi (100% on‑site).
