Outbound Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, target‑driven Sales Development Representative to lead our outbound growth strategy. This fully remote position puts you on the front line of business development, building pipelines and nurturing relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads.
• Research and map high‑value target accounts, identifying key decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects by assessing pain points, goals, budget and fit.
• Present product value and conduct demos for corporate buyers.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and sales stages in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, objection handling and target mapping.
• Consistently achieve monthly KPIs, meeting quotas and revenue targets.
• Provide follow‑up and rapport‑building to ensure smooth hand‑offs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of hands‑on B2B outbound sales or lead generation experience.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to build trust quickly and overcome sales objections.
• Independent work style with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Dedicated quiet home office, high‑performance computer and reliable high‑speed internet.
