Outbound Sales Executive – Remote Call Center

About the role

Aura Digital Agency seeks energetic Outbound Sales Executives to join its international calling team. This full‑time remote position involves high‑volume outbound calls to prospects in markets such as the United States, following structured scripts while maintaining a natural conversational tone.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound calls per day using company‑provided leads and dialer systems.
• Communicate professionally with international prospects, build rapport quickly, and handle objections.
• Confirm prospect information, appointments, registrations, or other campaign‑specific details.
• Generate qualified opportunities, move prospects through the sales funnel, and close sales where applicable.
• Accurately update call outcomes, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rate and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telesales or similar call‑center role.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear US accent and strong conversational skills.
• Comfortable making 400+ calls daily and working independently in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to meet individual KPIs, call targets and conversion goals.
• Strong objection‑handling, persuasion and active‑listening abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with calling/dialer systems like Aircall, VICIdial, RingCentral, JustCall or Five9.
