Outbound Sales Executive – Remote (International Campaign)

About the role

Aura Digital Agency is seeking energetic Outbound Sales Executives to join an international calling team. This full‑time remote position focuses on high‑volume outbound calls to prospects in the United States, converting leads into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound calls per day using company‑provided leads and calling systems.
• Follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural conversational tone.
• Build rapport quickly, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments or registrations.
• Handle objections, re‑engage hesitant leads, and drive clear commitments.
• Update call outcomes, notes, and lead statuses accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and onboarding teams as needed.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, or a similar call‑center role.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear US accent.
• Comfortable making 400+ outbound calls daily.
• Strong communication, persuasion, active listening, and objection‑handling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and outcomes.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 70,000 per month plus performance commission (PKR 30,000–60,000+).
