Outbound Sales Representative (BPO)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing BPO team. You will make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote our services, generate leads and close sales while maintaining professionalism and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Present and promote company products and services effectively.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up to maximise conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems and meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre or BPO sales.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
