Outbound Sales Representative – International BPO

About the role

Tech BPO is seeking enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representatives to join its international pre‑construction estimation, designing and drafting services campaign. The role involves contacting potential clients in overseas markets and generating interest in the company's solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
• Introduce company services and generate interest in our solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–6 months experience in an international outbound calling campaign preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Confident, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
