Outbound Sales Representative

About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our high‑volume calling team. You will engage prospects, qualify leads and help generate new business opportunities while working night‑shift hours aligned with US timings.
Key responsibilities
- Make 600–900 outbound calls daily using the company’s dialing system.
- Maintain a minimum of 8 dialing hours per workday.
- Qualify leads, capture accurate customer information and update the CRM.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow company scripts, guidelines and compliance protocols.
Required profile
- Fresh candidates are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours (US time zones).
