Outbound Sales Representative – US Market (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for confident, fluent English speakers to cold‑call US businesses, generate interest in our services and bring in new clients. This night‑shift position is ideal for target‑driven individuals who want their earnings to grow with their results.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to US business owners and decision‑makers.
• Pitch our services, handle objections and qualify leads.
• Book meetings, close deals and follow up with prospects until onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and leads.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident accent.
• Cold‑calling or call‑center experience (US campaigns preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Resilient and comfortable with rejection.
• Available to work US hours (night shift in Pakistan); freshers with exceptional English are welcome.

What we offer

• Base salary: PKR 35,000 per month.
• Attendance bonus: PKR 5,000 per month for full attendance.
• Commission: 2% of the client’s first payment for each new client (one‑time).
