Outbound Sales Representative – US Trucking Industry

About the role

Freight Hop, an AI‑driven logistics startup, is looking for an enthusiastic outbound sales representative to contact US trucking companies. You will work remotely from Pakistan, aligning your schedule with US business hours to generate qualified leads for our load‑planning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to owners and decision‑makers at US trucking firms.
• Introduce Freight Hop’s AI solution and clearly articulate its value proposition.
• Identify prospect needs, current dispatch challenges, and qualify leads.
• Handle objections professionally and book follow‑up demos or calls.
• Maintain accurate activity logs in the CRM and update sales dashboards.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional tone.
• Experience in B2B outbound cold calling and appointment setting.
• Ability to work evenings aligned with US time zones and maintain reliable attendance.
• Resilient, target‑oriented, and detail‑focused.
• Familiarity with the US trucking or logistics sector is a plus.
