Outbound Sales Specialist (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

Sperton, a global recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia and the Americas, is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist based in Pakistan, working remotely. The role focuses on business development and sales: identifying potential clients, reaching out confidently and booking high-quality meetings that lead to real opportunities. It starts with the Norwegian market, with the possibility of expanding into other regions later.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls, primarily targeting Norway, with potential expansion into other regions.
• Book qualified meetings for the CEO.
• Lead appointment-setting initiatives and support other team members in this area.
• Work closely with a team of digital marketing experts.
• Conduct outreach by phone and LinkedIn, including structured campaigns using tools such as Dripify.
• Reach decision-makers in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, engineering and logistics.
• Personalize outreach using phone, LinkedIn, email and other relevant tools.
• Keep CRM data up to date and track outreach and results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in cold calling, inside sales and B2B outreach.
• Experience enriching B2B prospect data and keeping client information accurate.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Norwegian is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to engage clients and generate quality meetings.
• Proactive, independent work style and strong follow-up habits.
• Sales experience in a consulting agency is a plus.

Required skills

• Use of LinkedIn outreach tools (e.g. Dripify) is a plus.
• CRM data management.
