About the role
SporTech is looking for an Outreach Lead Manager to drive partner acquisition and client engagement for its sports‑tech platform. This remote, contract position will shape outreach strategies, manage multi‑channel campaigns, and help the company scale its digital engagement ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new partnerships and leads.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
- Identify, research and qualify potential clients, partners and key stakeholders.
- Track, analyse and improve outreach performance and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging with business‑development goals.
Required profile
- Strong experience in outreach, sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to research and identify high‑potential leads and partners.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
