Outreach Manager – B2B Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outreach Manager to drive strategic growth for XEMS.CO’s technical services. You will be the first point of contact with decision‑makers, identifying opportunities and qualifying prospects across startups, e‑commerce brands and mid‑market companies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold‑email and direct outreach to target B2B clients.
• Engage CTOs, founders, CEOs and tech leads to uncover technology pain points and qualify leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline by scheduling discovery calls and pitch meetings for the technical team.
• Represent XEMS.CO’s brand professionally in all communications.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English with persuasive abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Strong interest or background in technology, software solutions or digital services.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and close opportunities.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar B2B prospecting tools).
