Outreach Manager

About the role

The Outreach Manager will lead the Outreach department, creating and executing marketing strategies to expand the global audience and elevate the brand to a world‑class standard.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns, including test/control segmentation, tracking, reporting, analysis and recommendations.
• Manage daily operations of outreach projects, from conception to social‑media calendar coordination and creative design quality checks.
• Oversee SEO strategy, organic search rankings, link‑building and content recommendations to boost website traffic.
• Direct advertising efforts across platforms, optimizing performance through data‑driven insights.
• Develop email marketing methods to grow the mailing list, improve open/click rates and manage scheduling.
• Lead and evaluate the outreach and media team, providing performance reviews and executive reports.
• Conduct market research to understand audience needs and monitor consumer trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 8‑10 years of outreach and senior marketing team experience.
• Proven track record of creating successful outreach campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, project management and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, proactive work ethic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
