Owner – Business Operations Leader

About the role

The Owner role at Mokka Container & Cargo Carrier is an on‑site leadership position responsible for steering the overall business operations and strategic direction of the company in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation services and ensure safe, efficient cargo movement.
• Supervise logistics coordination, fleet management, and vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor performance, optimize processes, and guide internal teams.
• Make data‑informed business decisions, manage budgets and investments.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, decision‑making and people‑management capabilities.
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics or supply‑chain management, preferably in container and cargo operations.
• Business acumen in budgeting, financial oversight, strategic planning and performance management.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, partners, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on‑site and stay hands‑on with daily operations.
