Package Consultant - SuccessFactors Core HR

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Package Consultant specialized in SuccessFactors Core HR. You will work with leading companies to design, configure and deploy HR technology solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy SuccessFactors Core HR solutions that align with client business needs.
• Provide expert consulting, guiding clients through implementation and adoption.
• Configure, implement and troubleshoot Employee Central functions such as business rules, workflows, position management and MDF objects.
• Deliver training and post‑go‑live support to ensure smooth transitions.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into tailored HR technology designs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR, especially Employee Central configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with internal and external EC integrations and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong background in requirements analysis and solution design for HR technology projects.
