About the role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the packaging industry. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing inbound and outbound calls, following up on orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messages.
Follow up on quotations, leads, and pending orders.
Provide basic information about packaging products, materials, sizes, and printing options.
Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams regarding customer requirements.
Update customer records and follow‑up status.
Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Good English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
Strong communication, follow‑up, and organizational skills.
Packaging industry experience preferred.
