Paid Ads Specialist (Social & Search)

About the role

LavishCars.com is a fast‑growing luxury car‑rental marketplace operating in the UAE and the US. We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to plan, launch and scale campaigns across major ad platforms, driving leads and bookings from first click to conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
• Run separate campaigns for UAE and US markets, targeting renters and vehicle owners with distinct audiences, budgets and messaging.
• Research competitor ads, brief design/content teams, test creative variations and optimise for conversions.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GTM, GA4) including WhatsApp leads.
• Manage budgets, bids and performance metrics to meet cost‑per‑lead and ROAS targets, and report weekly on spend, leads, bookings and cost per booking.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing paid ads across multiple social platforms and Google Ads.
• Proven experience using a centralised ad‑management tool (e.g., AdManage.ai, Madgicx, Smartly.io, Revealbot).
• Strong grasp of audience targeting, retargeting, look‑alike audiences and campaign structure.
• Comfortable making data‑driven budget decisions and writing clear English ad copy and reports.
• Available to work 12 pm‑9 pm GST, Monday‑Friday.
