Part-Time AI Automation & Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a flexible, part‑time developer to support and extend our AI‑driven application and client automation platform. The workload varies week to week, allowing you to contribute when needed while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Design, develop, and enhance full‑stack features.
• Build and maintain API and webhook integrations.
• Create and manage business automation workflows.
• Assist with voice AI system development and integration.
• Test, document, and clearly explain code and solutions.

Required profile

• Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for full‑stack development.
• Solid understanding of API/webhook design and implementation.
• Ability to debug and maintain existing applications.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
• Comfort communicating technical concepts in clear written English.

What we offer

• $100 monthly retainer covering up to 10 hours of work.
• $6 per hour for additional time and $8 per hour for urgent same‑day tasks.
• 30‑day trial period.
