Part-time AI Solutions Engineer Instructor

About the role

Edversity is launching a 13‑week AI Solutions Engineer specialization and seeks a part‑time instructor to guide learners through hands‑on AI product development. The role is fully online, allowing you to share real‑world experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and deployed AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver approximately 6 hours of live online sessions each week for a 13‑week cohort.
• Teach practical AI application development using Python and modern AI tools.
• Guide students through weekly hands‑on projects, including LLM apps, RAG systems, AI agents, and deployed products.
• Review student GitHub repositories and provide concrete, real‑world feedback.
• Support learners in completing a final capstone project that is deployed and portfolio‑ready.
• Help students build a showcase portfolio demonstrating practical AI engineering skills.

Required profile

• Demonstrated hands‑on experience building and shipping LLM‑based applications.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Practical knowledge of modern AI frameworks such as LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Understanding of production aspects of AI systems, including evaluation, guardrails, deployment, and reliability.
• Public GitHub repository, portfolio, or deployed AI product evidencing real work.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, beginner‑friendly manner.
• Patience, clarity, and a genuine interest in helping learners build real projects.
