Part-time Student Assistant – Conservation

About the role

WWF‑Pakistan is looking for a motivated part‑time student to support its local conservation and awareness programmes in Khuzdar. The position combines field work, data collection and community outreach with office‑based tasks, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and basic field support for conservation projects.
• Participate in community outreach events and help organise workshops or awareness sessions.
• Prepare simple reports and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with team members and communicate with community participants.
• Support administrative duties related to environmental projects.

Required profile

• Interest in environmental protection, conservation and sustainable resource use.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university programme, preferably in environmental sciences, social sciences or related fields.
• Basic research, data‑collection and record‑keeping abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a part‑time, hybrid setting and work independently.
• Commitment to WWF‑Pakistan’s values, including respect for diversity and ethical conduct.

Required skills

• Familiarity with word‑processing software.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet applications.
