Partner Customer Care – Field Service Engineer

About the role

Roche is seeking a Partner Customer Care professional to join its Field Service Engineering team in Karachi. You will be the technical bridge between our cutting‑edge diagnostic instruments and the laboratories that rely on them, ensuring customers receive seamless support from installation through ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑ and post‑sales activities by providing expert technical advice and services in core laboratory environments.
• Perform on‑site installations, urgent repairs, and preventive maintenance to guarantee optimal instrument performance.
• Deliver training to customers on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Provide remote phone support and on‑site troubleshooting for technical issues.
• Decontaminate, pack, and ship instruments or parts according to Roche procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized Pakistani university.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with research, clinical, or hospital laboratory instruments.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours when needed.
• Fluency in English and Urdu.
