Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Partnerships Manager who is fluent in Urdu and English to join our global team. You will be responsible for building and nurturing business relationships, driving partner acquisition, and supporting partners to achieve early success in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage new partners through digital channels and direct outreach.
• Manage incoming partner leads, guide them through onboarding, and support their launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor partner performance, provide guidance, and work to improve results for long‑term cooperation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in partnership programs, digital environments, or online business development.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑moving setting.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Google Sheets/Excel.
